Terms of electronic services
Rules for using the Romden Bikes website and electronic services available through it.

Website service providers
The Romden Bikes website is operated jointly by two independent entrepreneurs using a shared trade brand. Romden Bikes is not a separate legal entity.

The website itself does not automatically conclude a rental agreement. For a specific rental, the contracting entrepreneur is identified to the customer when the terms and settlement are agreed.

Types and scope of electronic services
The website provides free access to information about Romden Bikes, bikes, batteries, pricing, service and partnerships, access to the configurator, and links to the contact channels shown on the website.
The website may remember the selected language and use technical session mechanisms required for the interface. Personal-data rules are described in the Privacy Policy.
Opening Telegram, using the configurator or preparing a message does not reserve equipment, place an order or automatically conclude a rental agreement. It starts contact so availability and terms can be agreed.

Technical requirements
Using the website requires an Internet-connected device and a current browser supporting standard HTML, CSS and JavaScript technologies.
Some visual features, including the 3D presentation, may depend on the capabilities of the device and browser. Limited visual functionality should not prevent access to the core offer information.
Telegram is an external service and may require technical conditions or an account under the rules of its provider.

Starting and ending use
The agreement for free use of a website function is concluded when the user starts using that function and lasts for the period of its use.
The user may stop using the website at any time by leaving it or closing the browser. The website does not require a user account.

Rules of use
The website must be used lawfully, in accordance with these terms and good practice, and with respect for the rights of others.
- unlawful content must not be supplied;
- attempts to disrupt the website, bypass safeguards or obtain unauthorised access are prohibited;
- contact channels must not be used for spam, abuse or content that violates law or third-party rights.

Pricing, configurator and rental agreement
Current pricing and key rental conditions are presented on the website, in particular on the Prices page. The configurator helps select an option and prepare contact; it is not an order or payment system.
The website does not accept online payments and does not automatically conclude rental agreements. Equipment availability, the specific service provider, scope, period, price, deposit, payment method and remaining terms are confirmed with the customer before the customer is bound by a specific agreement.
If a specific agreement is concluded at a distance, consumer information required by law and confirmation of the terms should be provided in a form appropriate to the communication channel used.

Complaints about electronic services
Comments or complaints concerning the website and electronic services can be sent to romden.management@gmail.com.
The report should describe the problem sufficiently to identify it and, where possible, include the page address, approximate time of occurrence and contact details for a reply. It will be reviewed without undue delay and the response will be sent through the indicated channel.
Complaints relating to a specific rental agreement or settlement are handled by the entrepreneur who is a party to that agreement.

Website availability and liability
We take reasonable steps to keep the website available and functioning correctly, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure failures or third-party networks and services.
Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Privacy and external services
Personal-data processing, technical cookies and browser-storage rules are described in the Privacy Policy available on the website.
After moving to an external service such as Telegram, the user also uses a service provided by that third party under its own rules.

Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated if website functions, electronic-service delivery, tools used or legal requirements change.
The current version is published on this page. Changes to the website terms do not retroactively change the terms of an already concluded specific rental agreement.
